Travel agents who want to network their way to new clients, send effective email, or even overcome procrastination can now find courses on these business and life enhancement skills in our new Extra Courses section of Academy. This section provides agents with an array of resources designed to sharpen their business skills by tapping the expertise of notable guest authors and consultants who share their thoughts on gaining a selling edge. The authors of our first set of courses include a successful travel agent who is also a speaker and author, a personal productivity expert, a communications and presentations trainer, a telephone customer service authority, and a leadership coach.

These courses give you a quick overview of the topic with a clear idea of the steps you can take to improve your business. These courses are separated from the regular Academy Curriculum and are not needed in order to attain new levels.
